Every time I leave his apartment, I get extremely sad. Except the whole two minute drive home (yes, I could literally walk there) I’m smiling from ear to ear. I leave his warmth, to climb into my freezing bed. Definitely not ideal. I’m smitten. I have no idea why I chose to be single all these years. Official Turkey Trot Time
I finished at 36:53. That’s a 11:54 minute/mile pace. Pretty damn excited. I hadn’t run much the week beforehand, so I’m impressed with myself. That’s definitely a new PR, and definitely the fastest mile pace I’ve had in a while.

to wake up the same weight you were pre-Thanksgiving feast (178.8). My original plan was to eat anything in moderation, which I didn’t really do. Dinner wasn’t even the problem because we ate early and I was still full from lunch. I went to sleep at 5:30am, and woke up at 8am on the dot. Body, why must you do this to me? PS Do not run, not stretch, stand on your feet all day, wait outside Target for six hours, shop for five, and then expect to feel good. My hamstrings are so tight right now it’s insane.

You know what I love about running in the morning?
Being able to eat two breakfasts :) Waffle and peanut butter before. Turkey bacon and eggs after. Both only equal 300ish calories together. I also made ranch dip with Greek yogurt for later which everyone in my family thinks is the most disgusting idea ever. Little do they know, I will be consuming 140ish calories of dip, while they will have double or triple that ;)

I ran guys and gals! I had some time before class, so I put on my shoes and went. It was only a mile and a half, in a little over 19 minutes. My pace was about a 13 minute/mile on average.
