two goals.
I only have two goals for the month of August: run 50 miles and get under 175. The running 50 miles will not include hikes or walks I take during the month. I really want to set some kind of activity challenge for myself for the month of August. It would probably be walking/running somewhere between 50-100 miles during the month. I did my run this morning and made it in under 40 minutes. Well barely…39.43, but it still counts. I ran a lot of the first lap, but I guess I pushed too hard because there were way more intervals of walking and running during the second lap.
