Holy Cow!
So as you all know, I was supposed to run 4 miles today according to my plan. But I didn’t do that…I ran 4.8 miles!!! That is the longest run I’ve ever completed so far. I know I should have stuck to the original plan, but the route I took was a little crowded.

One of the little high school shits just spilled some coffee on my laptop. Not a lot thankfully.
And other ones are talking about tumblr. And gossiping about other high school girls.
I need to leave. But then all hope of getting homework done is gone.
And now I’m looking outside, and a car just parked in three spots, right in the front. Is this a fucking joke?
It is 7am and I am already at Starbucks. I left my house before the sun even came up, well the sun still hasn’t come up, but it’s not dark anymore. I am enjoying this pumpkin spice latte by the way.
Oh, and I came here to do math homework, since I’m beyond behind, but instead I’m on tumblr…you know how that goes ;) Maybe I’ll get something productive...

Totally doing that! I just checked, and it goes from 200 calories to 150 calories. Which isn’t tons, but good enough for me. I’m going to be that girl that orders a ‘tall, non-fat, half sweet pumpkin spice latte, no whip’ :P

Planned my run tomorrow. 4.24 miles. The route I had originally planned was only 3.5ish miles, but I knew I wanted at least 4.

This whole headache after exercising thing isn’t working for me anymore. I come home everyday and just want to lay down. I haven’t done homework in like a week.
I’m making a doctor’s appointment tomorrow for sometime soon. I’m due for a check up anyways, so I’ll just be getting the basics + blood work.
Hopefully it’s just low iron or something else...
Headaches.
Every time I exercise, a headache comes along right after. Even today, after we were finishing up our spin workout, I felt a little faint and had to stop and take a deep breath. Last Week.
It wasn’t the best. I took the week off from running because of my headaches (which are gone), but I was still going to do my two spinning classes. But Monday, I had a lot of family stuff going on, and couldn’t make it to class. And the teacher cancelled Wednesday’s class because of a training thing she had to do. Productive Day. Or At Least It Will Be.
So far, I’ve cleaned out the refrigerator and freezer, as well as the cupboards. I’ve portioned out three ounce portions of ground turkey. I’ve started cooking chicken breasts so I can portion those out later as well.
Now I just need to clean my room, do more homework, paint my nails, and finish laundry.

My dad straight up told me he doesn’t think I can actually finish a marathon. Usually he’s super supportive of what I set out to do, but this was kind of an esteem killer. Marathon Training Schedule.
This is just my long run schedule. I did some research on popular marathon training schedules, but I didn’t really think they were what I was looking for. Long runs will either be on Saturday or Sunday, depending on what I have going on. It starts the first weekend in October (next weekend) and ends June 3rd, which is the date on my marathon. I have an addiction to Starbucks...
I’ve been everyday this week, twice on Wednesday and today.
I don’t get any extravagant drinks, usually an iced coffee with sugar free vanilla or an unsweetened passion ice tea. I put my own almond milk in the iced coffee and it tastes just as good as any of the ‘fancy’ drinks.

I haven’t binged at all this week, which I attribute to not counting calories. I think that since I don’t know the exact number of calories I’ve eaten a certain day, I’m less likely to go overboard and say the hell with it. I feel so much better when I don’t binge and when I exercise more regularly.

I am just going to be honest and post it. I knew it was going to be high, so it wasn’t unexpected, but still disappointing. I don’t think I drank any water yesterday, so that’s one contributing factor, but it’s mostly because of my shit eating this weekend.
